Minimum Expectations

I need an affordable car (under $10k) that will use much less than my current 20% of my paycheck on gas, keep me protected from the elements, and have space to store my work gear. Oh, and it has to fit in my tiny garage.

Well I would say the Elio would appear to be a great fit for your needs. Like the rest of us it sounds like this car can't come soon enough for you.

The Elio will be my everyday, run around town, do errands car as well as my weekend fantasy escape car

Mostly be my affordable, easy on the gas money ride for commuting to work. But it will be fun to go cruising around with it.

As a retired senior, I have managed my finances pretty well but don't think I can justify the cost of the Ferrari of my dreams And no, I don't have one in my garage. I took this photo when I visited the Ferrari factory when I went to Italy a couple of years ago. My Elio will satisfy the dreams I had as a younger man and probably provide all the excitement I can handle at this age.
