This bit of news today suggests EM is at "Month 2" in their production timeline as described in the SEC filing with engineering drawings released. :D Nice!

I saw the news about the frames. I guess actual assembly is done within a month makes sense as all the parts must be ready somewhere to build out the cars
Yes, and now that we know what stage EM is at in their timeline (there's been some lively discussion), we can project the 25 engineering vehicles will start to be built in mid March, testing in mid April, etc, etc.

Best milestone news we've had in a while. Very cool! I have questions about the article, will post more of them soon.

My first one: what is an engine cradle... is it simply the frame area under the hood where the engine attaches to said frame?

Basically supports engine steering and suspension

I only have one BEEF John, why are we always the last to know???:D On a serious note, this kind of news is what we want. Straight from the horses' mouth! And it mentions all the NAME of the KEY PLAYERS who will take part in actual production, not some hear say! I'm pleased and satisfied at this point having read it first hand. Really well done finding this for us!
