You'll find them in the same spot as the old ones; just click on the Smiley in the text toolbar to get to them.
3 categories on the tabs: Smilies (which are the old ones) Smilies (new larger library) and Animated Smilies (all of them have some type of animation; the ones holding signs
you can't change the text)
