Ford Motor Company said on Thursday that it was investigating how it tests the fuel efficiency of its vehicles after employees reported possible flaws with the company’s computer testing models.

Ford reported it had notified the Environmental Protection Agency about the issue.

A long time ago when ELIO first arrived on the scene, they were advertising 84 MPG, they finally changed the ad to "UP TO", so what is wrong with that.?
I've said all along it should have been 7400 bucks and up to 74 MPG as an ad.
