I suggest the option "read it", as an option to evaluating a post. I know it says "last on read", I think also it would help to not agree, just to acknowledge the writer that folks have viewed their post without comment

This took me a while to understand what you were asking about. The short answer is: that probably can't be done. As far as I know, this forum is built from a standard web forum engine, so there simply isn't any way to get into the code and tinker around with it. You would have to contact the creator of this particular software.
