I noticed something; it is good news that you've received Ian442, but what do you do for a living?

And on a side note; the "Title change" might seem great, they sometimes be really harsh surprised.
Plus the old saying is; if you can't give someone all of the money they deserve, give them a Title instead.

I had one job that gave me a really great official sounding title because they didn't want to pay me what the position was actually worth.
It was good money, but still short of what I should have gotten.

Sounds like a bank. They have so many Vice-Presidents you can't throw a peanut without hitting one. Plus the pay is crappy. Some people build their lives around a title. What ever works.
