I saw, touched and sat in the Elio in Beaverton (Portland), OR on 7/11/14. When I walked into the mall and saw the Elio in the distance I went from being in love to being IN LOVE with the Elio. It was almost too beautiful to believe. I spent the majority of 4 hours meeting, watching and talking to people who were finding the Elio. In my case most of the people I saw (it was a Friday) were seeing it for the first time. I talked to some who had made the trip to see it because they knew about the Elio but most were seeing it for the first time. I drove 3 1/2 hours to get there and met Proud to Be and friend who drove to Beaverton from Portland. His trip took him close to 2 hours so that will give you an idea of the traffic we faced when we got there. LOL It was a wonderful day and I am so glad we had the opportunity to see and share the Elio. I also met Jambe (from Utah), J9Design (from Bend, OR) and a gentleman with the coveted number who had driven over from Vancouver but is not a member on this site. I observed and talked to 3 security guards who couldn't wait to get home so they could reserve theirs. I also loved meeting the Elio staff. They were a wonderful group of people to get to know. I can only say, if you get a chance to see the Elio, take it. It is worth the trip. :-) Z

ok neal, your are our next touch to the vehicle if its there.
I've been able to sit in the P3 and loved it. Though I was disappointed that it was the P3. The P4 was here for the saturday showing, but had to be taken to New York for the Fox and Friends segment several months back. Luckily, Dallas is one of the few places to have 2 major showings in the matter of 6 months or so.

My profile pic is of me sitting in the P3. I am 5'7" and weigh 220 and I felt VERY comfortable in it. Best part is I didn't know it was going to be in Columbus and my wife surprised me by taking me to the mall (1hour and 45 minutes drive) to "shop". We were walking along when I saw a HUGE crowd and the autocycle I have been following since 2012. BAM! I just about lost it! It was just a shell of a car with a crappy Geo engine in it but I went ALL IN that night.
Wife and I drove from Lexington, KY to Columbus and swapped front and rear seats: entry/exit like any 2-door, sufficiently roomy, rear not claustrophobic and view pretty good (rear skylight might be good).

Patience people, this bird is gonna fly!
