Yes, all your bonuses will be applied to your final price. If you went all-in and locked in, your price is $7,000, minus your $1,000 deposit, minus your $500 bonus, minus your extra $350 for having such a low SIL. So $7,000 - $1850 = $5150. Lucky you!

One clarification on your post: you don't have to prepay, I assume (and other responders above do too I bet) that you meant the all-in deposit you have already given, and that you do the "lock-in" process with Elio Motors. That's what gets you the $7000 price. But you don't have to give them any money at this time.
