I have a $250 Non Refundable Res. How do I upgrade to a $500 to get the headphones?

Sign in to your account you can upgrade from there. It is in the upper left hand corner click on all in and then it will give you the option to upgrade. But I don't see and option that would get you any headphones or even one that will let you go from $250 t0 $500.

That link is for new reservations. If you want to upgrade you need to sign in. From there hover over the "I'm all in" in the upper left and you will get a new selection that says UPGRADES. When I click that I go to https://reservations.eliomotors.com/i-m-all-in/i-m-all-in-upgrades.html

And on that page you can upgrade from $250 to $500 but there is no mention of headphones accompanying the upgrade. I've already sent an email to elio but I pretty sure the free headphones are only for new reservations.

Hmmm... I just checked. You can go from $100 to $500 but there is no option to go from $250 to $500, only $250 to $1000.

If you want something other than what is presented I'd suggest contacting elio.

That was going to be my first suggestion; contact Elio Motors and they can answer your questions about the headphones and how to do the $250 to $500 bump; I did it, so I know you can. I went $100 Want In - $100 All In - $250 - $500 - $1K All In within about 8 months.
