View New Message is found at top of page. Is this from forum or outside interference? I am cautioned not to open it by my laptop. Once I click on it, it has nothing to do with messages. Help.

It is a message from me....on the right hand side of your screen close to the top you should see INBOX, click on it and it should allow you to see my message and be able to reply.
