What if my Elio is wreaked or even mildly bent, who does the repairs since there is no dealership as in established companies?

The official Elio service centers are going to be Pep Boys stores, but warranty repairs can be performed by any repair shop, not just a dealer.

And I suspect due to costs that if you actually bend or break anything seriously that it will just be a replace your elio model.
