I am NOT trying to mislead anyone here. Have been here a long time and am simply quoting from Elio communications with us. Are you saying that Elio Motors is taking away all of our "perks?"

Anyway, thanks Coss. Still haven't located my original Email on this subject. Have tucked this copy away in a safe place if needed in the future.

Sad day that "they" hide behind anonymity and don't "manup" to, nor explain their comments.

Perhaps they will. After all, this entire project wouldn't have a chance to succeed without the backing of all of us.

They do something. You are guaranteed the vehicle for $7300. No one else gets that guarantee.

Do want to commit? fine, you get a promise of $7,300.
Want to stay refundable and not locked in? No telling at this time how much you're going to pay, but it probably will be more (if not a lot more) than $7,300

I think that's a pretty substantial "bonus" for all 65,000

65,000 X 300 = $19,500,000 Nineteen million spread across everyone that is willing to back Elio Motors is nothing to sneeze at.

If I were interested in a year one Elio, at least committing with a $100 All-In seems like a no-brainer. Not much money to save a minimum of $300 but who knows how much more the MSRP will end up being. I would not be shocked if the MSRP ended up at $8,000.

But aren't we over looking something here??? Yes, I TOO am "locked in" at the new $7000, BUT all in at $1000, (#3151) we were given an additional bonus of $500 dollars. And then, don't recall the day that the Email came, but they extended an ADDITIONAL $250 dollars to us "old dogs in".

So as all of my stored away notes indicate, that equals a total of $1750 dollars off of this new and "improved" total of $7000.

Unless math has changed that makes my total cost, (less any "add-on's" that I choose) $5250.
