Elio is cheaper in today's dollars than the Bug coming out in ? at $1999. Put a few more zeros after my statement balance and I want a Helix too. So go Elio and get mobile for the masses and the 'and' vehicle people!!!

Price? Cost for counterintuitive handling? I believe that the overriding theme is to create this century's people's car...this century's VW Bug. Innovative solutions and technology for the masses not the overserved financial elite...so Elio Motors should meet that criteria.

The estimated price point 8 years ago on the Persu V3 (note: the Helix is exactly the same vehicle concept) was in the somewhat affordable $24K range. The Helix is a different class of vehicle than the Elio, catering to a totally different demographic that appreciates style, fit/finish, performance, and the TILT giving it that authentic motorcycle-like flytheroad feel. I'm part of that market demographic, although got interested and excited about the Elio as an affordable no tilt option that was on the verge of coming to market 8 years ago.
