1st prize for the participant who has referred the most qualified registered investors on the StartEngine platform by the deadline will receive an Elio Motors basic model vehicle (color to be specified subject to availability). vehicle will be delivered to nearest Elio Motors delivery location and winner must have a valid driver’s license and insurance to take title to the vehicle. Winner is responsible for all travel costs to receive the vehicle. In addition, winner receives $20,000. If the winner gets over 50,000 sign ups, we double the cash and will give away $40,000.The contest starts on September 27th at midnight Pacific Standard Time and ends on December 31st at midnight Pacific Standard Time. Prize winner will be announced by January 15th at 6pm PST if not earlier. Participants must be 18 or older to enter the contest. Participants must be residents of the United States either as a US citizen or holder of a valid residency permit or visa. Participants agree to not use automated programs or scripts, software cheats or hacks to create invalid user/investor accounts on the StartEngine website. StartEngine will review the winning referrer by the end of the contest and look for any invalid accounts. Any referrer that has more than 1% in invalid accounts will be eliminated and the next referrer on the leaderboard list will take its place. Participants cannot purchase list of users, investors. All referrals must be users who register on their own and not through a web robot. The terms “investors” used in this promotion refers to registered users of StartEngine. They are not required to make an investment, only to sign up. Prizes will be awarded based on the number of qualified registered investors on the StartEngine Platform. Any listing or leaderboard is preliminary and not intended to be binding. All referrals are subject to verification by StartEngine. Winners are responsible for all taxes incurred in connection with any prize received in this contest. Winners must execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (unless prohibited by law). Failure to do so within ten (10) days of sending will subject the potential winner to disqualification and the award of the applicable prize to the person with the next highest number of registered qualified referrals.
