One thing I did not like on the P4 prototype when I got inside was the cheap, thin feeling of the door. It also appears that the windows on both sides roll down completely. I think that is a mistake since they are so large. I would rather see something similar to the Subrau SVX:

I can't imagine ever wanting to drive the Elio with one or both windows all the way down.

Hope at least one goes all the way down. I like to role the window down when driving side streets.

I want my windows to go all the way down. If you want them 1/2 way, only open them that far.
That way we both have our way.
Plus I will get pop-out rear windows.They will prevent wind buffeting. VW bettles, (air cooled) have this problem.
No sunroof. Don't put holes in the top of cars or the bottom of boats.

I like your picture of the powered parachute, I am interested in buying one in a year and a half I am looking at powrachute with 100hp motor.

I definitely want to be able to put both windows all the way down. I love doing that as I drive on a slow country road so I see, hear and smell all the country has to offer. Power windows will be a help if I happen to come upon a factory farm or feed lot. So far I have not seen those in Oregon. LOL :-) Z

I always have all windows down except when going over 60 or in heavy traffic. I have also not known a single sunroof to not eventually turn into a rain roof.

I can. That's 90% of the appeal to me. To be driving with both windows wide open. Mmmm.... That sounds delicious.

Gas mileage? Totally secondary to me.

Note: I've never had one so it's an honest question (I do, however, own a convertible that gets driven top down a lot).
