Seems odd that they're requiring business attire for that. Why only have people in business attire in the commercial since Elio is pushing the idea that this car is for anyone and everyone. I don't care what the executroids think about the Elio. I want to know what John Q. Public thinks. Well and I also want #17471 parked in my garage ASAP.

The actors could be in the role of engineers, investors, professionals of some sort involved in the vehicles design and development, etc, etc and not necessarily the buying public (yet), I think we'll just have to wait to see what it will be. ;)

Or it could be that unspoken commercial psychology at work: "Buy an Elio, and you will be Successful! Because Elio Motors is Successful! See, everybody is wearing business suits! That means Success!"

Reducing the bonus from 50% to 25% was encouraging to me because it sounded they were getting closer to production.

This is the same to me. Making commercials sounds like they are getting closer to production. And "they" (EM) are the only ones who would know.
