has anyone heard where in Richmond the Elio will be presented?

Expect a location in this week's Friday blog. They usually say 2 weeks in advance
Well they, and us, like it when they can do that however it is not a set rule. We still don't know where the event in Raleigh, NC will be and that begins just two days from now this Friday. There have even been a few times where we have received the location the day before the event.
The blog is a common place to find it announced and the official location is:

Our great member Z also regularly checks for this information, usually several times a day, so she usually posts it fairly quickly to our events area and usually in the corresponding state forum as well.

As of right now, we're thinking of leaving Northern VA around 9AM Saturday. A little under 2-1/2 hour drive, so we're figuring around noon Saturday.
this would be a good place to post questions for you speak with Jerome and team about .... trust me on this one, write down any you have of your own because when you get in line the "moment" will take control and you'll be half way home before you remember them

When I went to look I had a long list of questions. Looking and sitting in the vehicle they no longer mattered. The only question that mattered to me was when can I get mine. that hasn't changed yet.
