Elio Kit, Would You Still Buy?

Nope, I'd do it, then I'd wonder what all of those leftover parts were for, and one day going down the interstate at 85 it would all come apart and I'd be skidding down the road belted into the seat and using my feet as brakes.

Yes I would be interested. Also buying a "section" at a time would be an advantage.. Pay as you build...

Just send me the superstructure $3K, a parts list and where I can buy the parts and instructions. that’s all I need.

Yes and no. I do not have time to build it and if I did I'm sure I would need to buy more tools and not sure if I could do it all myself, I am handier than the average Joe, but no mechanic. But if it was the only way to get it, I'd probably pay someone to do it or someone to help me.

Depends on what type of kit you're referring to.
1. Sourcing your own drivetrain, wheels/tires, etc.
2. Complete ready-to-assemble kit (Only Requires Three Hand Tools!! LOL).

I don't think the cost savings would be there for me to jump at it; have too many project irons in the fire now.

Depends on how much money I'd be saving. If everything was bolt-together and I saved significant $, I'd do it. I've taken an engine apart before

Naw. Why would I want to take those jobs away from the people in Shrevesport. I think I will stick to my sewing. I can assure you I am much better at that than at building a car - kit or not kit. :-) Z

Btw...from my last post to this one, I was napping. I can't help if it was close to three hours, it was cloudy outside and when it is my brain decides to take longer. So NO, no I won't put an EE kit together....unless I can do it in my sleep.
