The interest just isn't there now that there has been 3 delays in the past year.

Well, watching the number of signatures daily, I guess, for some, is an extension of their committment to EM progress.
Since there is nothing much else doing, and the number is "true"( there can be no refuting it). OTOH, we each have our "theories" as to why/why not it's progressing, one speculation no more valid than another.
