Yes, the Lynx that I posted the link to does just that.

I don't know if there will be enough real estate to utilize a 7" motorized screen. It may hit the steering wheel when opening.

I was thinking about having the rear view camera monitor clipped to the top if the visor, when backing up just lower the visor.

Sirius/XM offer several portable satellite radios that plug into a standard cigarette lighter outlet and are broadcast through a FM channel. I have had several models but now all my vehicles have factory installed satellite radios and I find them easier to use and better. Worst case is that I will have to go to the local Best Buy shop, buy a radio that includes satellite and pay them to install it. May be problematic because you can be sure they have never seen an Elio
