Also interesting was his answer to the crowdfunding question. He talked about the reservations, not the Reg A+. Granted, one can think about the reservation capital as crowdfunding vis-a-vis Kickstarter, but my mind went immediately to Reg A+ - since that is the big difference with this product/company launch.

But the first time I heard the term "Reg A +" my mind translated it to "Reggae" and I wondered "What the heck do Bob Marley and the Wailers have to do with the SEC?"
