Per the SEC filing Elio Motors employers do not contact the people who signed up for the Reg A+ offering. It's a scam. Maybe he's a nigerian prince who just needs your help in reclaiming his lost millions, and he's willing to pay you handsomely.Trusting, It just might NOT be a scam. HEY, What happened this morning? It they were legit, they would disclose all of that information in the phone call. Claiming that they work for Elio Motors in contradiction to Elio's claims in the SEC filing is a strong indication of fraud. Claiming that the stock is guaranteed not to lose money is absolutely fraud. Don't be a sucker. The phone numbers reported on this forum has been checked out. One of the fellows checked out as real, licensed and employed with Network One. This has been done. These people are employed by Network One, out of NY. They are calling everybody who pledged into Start-engine who looks like they might be credited investors. They are simply asking if you are interested in buying stock through Network One. If you say your not able to be interested, then that is it, no harm-no foul. If you say that you might be eligible then they will send you the paper work in the snail mail. You get it and show it to your banker, your mommy, your minister and your dog and make the decision to invest with them or not. Still no harm- no foul.
