From an Email I recently received:

. "We now have the funds to build our E-Series of engineering and testing vehicles, which is a significant step prior to finalizing our tooling and production plans."


Granted, I haven't seen the finally tally from the stock sale, but 'apparently' it was enough to keep them rolling along.

And don't forget the AVTM loan from the Feds. When Elio is able to put an engineering prototype through its paces to document >75 mpg, the ATVM loan becomes that much more likely.

What if they succeed but, the stock market crashes? China "free falls" into depression? Paul Elio falls victim to Starbucks addiction? Or, ISIS.........or...or...or.
Any number of "what if's" could certainly slow things down. There are no guarantees. EM has (so far) "proven" they are resilient.
