the figure for reservations that I was given a couple of weeks ago is a steady 40 per week. We have 1,000 to go, so... that' s 25 weeks. Unless something happens such as the testing mentioned above to goose it along. So that's the basis for my post.

Number of current reservations: 48739 as of Jan 5, 2016 - 48325 = 414/14 = 29.6/day

And... 48886 (Jan 11) - 48739 (Jan 5)= 147 / 6 = 24.5/day

And... 49017 (Jan 23) - 48886 (Jan 11)= 131 / 12 = 10.916666.../day

And that 10.9+ per day is only correct if the counter was updated today instead of a few days ago when no-one was looking.
If that information was given to you a couple of weeks ago, it doesn't match their website by a far cry.
Unless they're getting loose with Paul's broken crystal ball again.

I agree that they could use a shot of high octane to pick it back up.
But, keep in mind that, in addition to no new developments, it's January...
And the markets are probably scaring half the population (them that lost big in '08) out of their wits.

I heard the same which implies that they will stop taking reservations at some point. But we have seen things change and maybe there will be a new list started.

I've heard the same thing, I'm guessing they will stop taking reservations once they have the funding in place and a hard date to start production.

I believe until the stores can sell 250,000 per year, they will continue to sell online.
As long as they have unsold product they will continue to sell any way they can.

We have to start spending capital in about 3 years in order to live. The Feds are forcing me to start withdrawals from my IRA this year.
