In a similar vein, I wonder how well the Elio can be booted by parking enforcement given its wheel fairings. And if parking enforcement decides it can't boot the Elio, will it resort to towing the vehicle more often?

You now, I've been reading these statistics all my life. I've owned almost everything from a Ford Escort up to and including several Camaros and Corvettes.
My last ticket was the last day of college in 1964 while driving a 1941 Chevrolet sedan. They had changed the speed limit from 45 to 35 the night before and refused to give "warning tickets".

I think tickets have more to do with the way people drive than what they drive.

I agree! The "most ticketed" vehicle, apparently, is whatever my son is driving :tsk:...but it's never his fault! :frusty:

And the way they behave after they have been stopped. I've been "warned" numerous times, but only ticketed when I argued my innocence.

Reason the Honda's are most stolen: Parts

1)Honda OEM parts are expensive; and there are thousands of these cars on the road.
They steal them, strip them down, sell the parts to body shops and repair shops and scrap the frames and whatever is left.

2)The pickups: Off to the desert over there -------------------> (the m. East)

3) I think the mini vans and the other ones: 1&2
