I like it; isn't it Jeff Porter that said he was the web admin where he worked? I know a number of people have that talent (I'm not one of them) and EM might like some help. The most they could say is No
So find a volunteer and send message to EM.

I have been in the software engineering business for 36 years now and more now than ever I avoid any possible involvement with user interfaces. No matter what you do or how good it is there is always somebody out there that believes all the work you have done is crap. Sometimes it is, sometimes it is because the somebody has different goals then the marketing and development staff, other times that somebody is just, well, to be nice, is just never going to be satisfied.

Anybody that wants to offer their services or simply continue to point out to EM how horrible, crappy, busted, etc. their website is please feel free but don't be surprised if they don't share your same concerns.

Good point. If nothing else, an offer to code or create an iOS or Android app for mobile users might be appreciated since it appears EM's focus appears to be web interfaces for now.

Excellent overview Jeff and anyone in IT most likely feels the same; I know, I was "been there, done that" and retired from it now. (Does that read funny?)
End users are the same if it's hardware or software; some will never be happy no matter what you do.

I'm stretching my talent to the limit to actually use the configurator. I keep expecting to get a video arcade flush at some point.
