Anyone Seen This Extreme Tilting Concept?

Once in a while I check what's going on in the field of tilting vehicles, three-wheelers in particular. I realize that the Elio is a rigid three-wheeler. Here it is (patent pending). I'd love to hear what engineers have to say about this. It is typically a subject that would have been picked up by the FTR club by now. See my other thread about that club's demise.

Good hear from you! AutoMoto is an old concept for even older FTRC members, one of which went Arcimoto! . The exciting news for me was when I happened across the new Generation Carver ‘concept’ and then my bubble popped when I saw it’s top speed of 29 mph.......a scooter, but a cool urban commuter EV none the less. And of course Toyota already has its 3-wheel scooter, i-Road.

My understanding is the Toyota i-Road (39 mph) was scrapped for the i-TRIL Concept:

The FTRC died because of tilting three wheeler concept Vaporwareitis. Even Derwin, the Fly The Road Club’s founder and President, is anxiously waiting for delivery of his Arcimoto FUV reservation. The Arcimoto is the closest thing to FTR I’ve ever driven! It was a blast, ear to ear grin test driving experience. Heck, I still smile when thinking about my test drive and plan to take delivery this Summer.

Note: FTRC was interested in all three wheeler concepts, with emphasis on enclosed tilting three wheeler (FTR) concepts, but the Elio Owners Forum is more Elio specific, after 10 years of marketing statements based on low cost and high mpg with no finalized specs, no driveable prototype, or engineering vehicles for testing to validate either marketing claim.
