You guys are completely nuts. Obviously bk means bankruptcy, and i am not a troll. It was just a question about how long they can keep delaying, if they dont have funding. Im dealing with a bunch of children that get mad because i said one negative thing about their toy. I have a NR deposit. I just dont want another delay, because of funding, and rather they go public by the end of the year.

Bk has always meant bankruptcy for anyone that has ever traded a stock, watched cnbc, been in a message board related to a stock, or done any kind of trading at all. You must not invest in stocks or do any kind of trading. I have been using that term for over 20 years!

I will go out on a limb and say that the "issue" lies with (you) stating assumptions as "fact." According to EM, they DO have funding. So, why are you "suggesting" bankruptcy? You also state that EM "keeps delaying". I see no evidence of "foot dragging" or deliberately slowing progress.
I have only been a member of this forum for about 6 months. In that short time I have seen "a lot" of new members who start out by saying (in so many words) they are "all in" and how excited they are, and "they can't wait..." Then, there are "a few" new members, who say that they are "all in" and pretty quickly make it known that they "doubt it will happen." Then, within a few days, words like "Incompetent" or "scam" or "con artist" or "ponzi scheme" begin to flow. It's sort of comical when they say, "I support EM & really want to see the Elio happen" (and sometimes within the same post) ...."I can't believe you people are so stupid! He's scamming you!"
So, it's not necessarily "you" It's just that when some "false information" is presented as fact, these "statements" can trigger flashbacks.

That would be an issue far far later in the process and probably only then if they cannot locate ANY sources of funding. Clearly they have plenty of suitors and are just trying to cut the best deal for the company.

Paul Elio said himself its funding. Read the Q and A the borras guy did. Here is the link for those that dont remember. He said he needs another round of funding for this or that. My question is legit in hindsight, not trollish. He said he needs about 145 to 200 million.

Thats exactly what i said. If september comes around(much later) and they dont have the funding to go to production, what will they do. Do you guys want to wait another year or 2 from that point on for funding and risk them going bk, or just go public at that point, and lets get this thing built.I also never said this was a scam. He has spent way too much time and energy in this project for it to be a scam. I believe 100% in Paul. The question is money.

I'm sorry, but many of us are people, in the same category, that this vehicle is actually designed for. You know, in need of affordable transportation. Others here are highly educated. And they didn't come forward with a definition either.
