What "contract" does everyone keep talking about?
What commitment?

We "non-refundables" have paid for a place in line. Nothing more, nothing less.
Although I believe the offer did included the fact that those funds...
Are to go against the total purchase price If vehicle is actually ever produced...
Whatever that total purchase price may turn out to be at the time of production.

What "binding" contract for what fixed price?
At the risk of being petty, could I get a link to a copy of that contract?
I feel left out and would like to review it for myself.

Must be the same one the people that have All In are saying that EM did major design changes from what they saw and sat in so it's no longer the same product and now they want out.
Or the one that people think when they signed for all in was the full agreement, and changing it to a commitment means giving up all of the bonuses you were promised.
I think that one.

I keep wondering what this "small print" is all about.
When I went all in I read the agreement which was all in one font.
(I even made a copy.)
And for those whining that the Elio is different than the design they looked at I particularly liked paragraph 11.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ELIO MOTORS, INC., MAY NOT HAVE COMPLETED THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE VEHICLE OR BEGUN MANUFACTURING THE VEHICLE AT THE TIME OF YOUR RESERVATION. WE WILL NOT HOLD YOUR RESERVATION PAYMENT SEPARATELY OR IN AN ESCROW OR TRUST FUND OR PAY ANY INTEREST ON RESERVATION PAYMENTS, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY LAW."....
