    Arcimoto

I predict that in about a year or two that Polaris will have their own FUV and it will be cheaper than the Arcimoto. It just seems like such an easy product for them to crank out without a problem. Top it off they have a built in dealer base along with service and they would build it in a plant...

What Is Elio Stock Trading For Today?

I think one of the issues is that so many people own shares of Elio and bought them for a much higher price that it's not worth it to sell. Just sit on it (like what Fonzie said) and see what happens. If you own 100 shares and bought it at $5, you can wait it out.

    Arcimoto

Arcimoto should build them in Alabama or Iowa. Where they are at currently, is not the most cost efficient when it comes to labor.

Electric Vehicles Have Reduced Range In Cold Weather

I need to let Einstein know that. It would be a good test to take a 2019 Ford F350, hook up a 48ft trailer that is loaded with a couple of racecars and equipment. It should give about 10 mpg on the highway which is probably much lower than what it would give towing nothing. It would make for a...

Electric Vehicles Have Reduced Range In Cold Weather

Good job there Einstein (Paul A. Eisenstein was the author of the article). Who would not think that an EV gets less range the colder it gets. Even if you didn't factor in battery efficiency, you do need heat and you need more heat the colder it gets. Heat is energy and the only place it can...

    The Piaggio Scooter

I suggest that you go caravanning in Europe. You'll probably change your idea as to what they do and what we do.

What You Can Buy Now And Have Arrive At Your Door.

The Ford truck is a niche and so is the Fiat 500. Just that one had a niche of 909K and the other had 5.3K.

    Arcimoto

For me, I never understood why people compare an Arcimoto to an Elio. They only similarity is just the fact both have three wheels, hauls two people and from there it stops. It would be like comparing a Miata to a Ford GT. They both have 4 wheels and haul 2 people. Arcimoto is just making a fun...

    Arcimoto

The Arcimoto is going to do well in retirement communities. So, SoCal, Florida and Hawaii. The company knows this as they are not planning to make 100K of them per year. A friend of mine that is retired and lives in Hawaii would buy an Arcimoto and would be the guy that calls on the phone and...

    Arcimoto

If you have watched what companies like Arcimoto and Elio have done over the years, it's that they discovered that they need to raise the front roll center to get the stability as opposed to sticking on a monster sized ARB. The Silver Elio had way too much front roll in it and you could see it...

What Is Elio Stock Trading For Today?

There's a pretty good amount of stock that is becoming unrestricted (read the SEC filings) and lots have been used for payment. So, I'd think that some of the people that are in the know, are getting ready for the announcement and thus the price goes down before.

What Is Elio Stock Trading For Today?

Typically Elio stock goes down before good news comes out. So, it's getting the time to look into buying some up and riding the wave of euphoria. With tZero up and running, I could see an Eliocoin announcement this week.

    The Piaggio Scooter

Think about it, if you could get away with a smaller travel trailer and boat because your Suburban cost you $1500/year as opposed to $100, you might go for it. On the other hand maybe not. Plus, the US public transportation system is garbage, so you need to have another car. In Europe and Asia...

    The Piaggio Scooter

As for the cost of ownership, it depends on the country when in Europe. I do think this, owning a car there costs way more than here. I checked out my Golf and the cost of owning it in Germany per year (taxes and inspection). In the US, my car costs $35/year for taxes (aka license) and $75/year...

    Eliocoin Is Very Puzzling.

Just remember a few things (I know we went over this a few months ago): Google: "Security Token Offering" Then take everything you know about Bitcoin or Crypto Currency and throw it out the window. That's something else and since Elio decided to use "Coin" in their name, people think it's a...

    The Piaggio Scooter

We could probably go on all month with obscure ideas of people with the best ideas in transportation over the last 20 years. We might as well being up V-Vehicles that had super duper rich T-Boone Pickens, Mazda RX-7/Miata Designer and Elio Engineering behind it, plus made in an ex GM plant in...

    The Piaggio Scooter

I want to see it practiced with real world testing. Not what someone says. Also a NASCAR cage is dangerous as can be unless you are strapped in with a 6 point harness and a seat that is really secured to the floor along with plenty of high density roll cage padding. There's a reason why...

    Eliocoin Is Very Puzzling.

Best thing to do is sit down for a while and go to the beginning of the SEC filings and go from there. It will answer lots of questions and bring up as many new ones. They have them back to 2015 and it takes some time but is a great way to get up to speed with Elio. It all depends on what they...

    The Piaggio Scooter

It's only $108K, so that should work. My guess is that it probably ran into stability problems and side impact would be a definite challenge. In general, government assistance would be great if micro cars served a purpose. I am not seeing where it would do any good as solving any issues except...

    The Piaggio Scooter

There are plenty out there that can pass US and Canada safety and crash tests. It's up to the manufacturers to invest in those crash tests. EU test are right in line with Canada and the US, so anything they have could be brought here without a problem. It's not the crash regulations that are...
