What Is Elio Stock Trading For Today?

I thought Roush was doing all of the engineering? If that is the case, then I can see why it's $85M to get to the milestone of production ready. On the other hand, I cannot find any info at all as to where ESG Engineering exists today. I found two addresses and both of them are occupied by other...

What Is Elio Stock Trading For Today?

Elio said that they have spent $62M so far and need another $85M to finish the car. Think of it this way, if you have a $200K budget to build a new house but have spent $90K so far, that’s still pretty far from complete. For elio, they are not even 50% complete. That’s directly from Elio too.

    It’s “snow” Problem

What is actually saving the Elio is the stability control. No matter how you sugarcoat it, three wheelers are unstable. A good example of how stability control saves the three wheeler is that video we all seen of the Slingshot rolling over quite easily. That happened because the stability...

    It’s “snow” Problem

I was in VT and it got to 5 one day. Other than that, -15 to 0. now it's super windy and going to be around 5 to 15 for the next 2 days. Plus, snow is blowing everywhere, so there are those two ruts with the berm in the middle and then just completely covered.

    News From Shreveport

That is exactly the reason why you don't get involved where you ask the local government to buy a piece of property because you promised good things (i.e. jobs) and then don't deliver. It will come back to haunt you every time. If Elio was literally 18 months from production back back in January...

    News From Shreveport

You could do 6 months if you decided to have a realistic expectation of only building a few thousand the first year as opposed to 65K and then go full out with 250K.Wouldn;t it be great if Elio right now had cranked out 5K Elios and will have another 20K in 12 months from now as opposed to 0...

What Is Elio Stock Trading For Today?

This is exactly what happened to Peble. Great idea but when the product came out, they made a few mistakes. First was that they came out with a product that the big manufacturers were 3 months away from releasing. Second was that they misread the market because the current smart watch customers...

    News From Shreveport

Also, you forgot that they have paid 4 years on a lease, insurance and maintenance of a building they have never used. They took out a $25M loan for equipment they never used. They paid back late lease payments with common stock. They agreed to a jobs plan that is in excess of $7.5M in a fine...

    News From Shreveport

I never understand those types of studies. I live in the Lehigh Valley and it has around 800K in population. If you want a really high paying job and cheap living expenses, you live here and work in NJ or NYC. The jobs are abundant too. It's perfect Elio territory because I know many that live...

    Momentum V136

They did mention that they "furloughed" employees but we all know that really means, they were laid off and if something comes up, we will be calling. With the money that Elio has had for a while, they couldn't even pay someone part time minimum wage for 6 months. My nephew made more this summer...

    It’s “snow” Problem

The amount of Morgans I see in the frigid cold winter driving in the snow is the same amount that I see of Slingshots, T-Rex's, Can Am's and every motorcycle ever made running around in the same weather conditions. That comes down to zero. This is one of the reasons why the Elio was made...

    Momentum V136

I think we are talking about Elio Motors, not the employees. Even if the company is not making a product, they still have to pay their employees because if they don't, they will go get paid elsewhere because they need to eat too. My guess is that Elio Motors has one or two employees at the...

    It’s “snow” Problem

That is something to consider. Even on my way back from VT, most of the roads were snow packed and that was not a problem. The issue I could see is when it warms up just enough where there are tracks down to the pavement and the center had at least a 2" berm of snow. When you changed lanes you...

    It’s “snow” Problem

Right now it's not as much a snow problem but cold weather problem. I came back from VT yesterday and it was around -15 to 0. One day it made it up to -7. Made for cold skiing.

    New Years Food And Traditions

For us, a pork roast, sauerkraut, diced raw onions and mashed potatoes. I take a big helping of mashed potatoes, pour in the liquid that came off the pork roast, add a bunch of the raw onions on top along with the sauerkraut and pork. It ends up getting all combined and looks like a mess but...

    Sondors Electric Car

If you watch the video, it's not ready for production even though it looks like it does in videos. Just like the Elio. Marketing can easily fool you into a prototype being production ready. For Elio, the only thing everyone here has done is sit in one and watched videos of it drive in parking...

    Something’s Gotta Give.....

I never even realized the whole Elgin instrument cluster thing until they mentioned that it'll become an option in the future. On the other hand, this is why Elio needs to go all digital on the cluster because it's cheaper and then they can charge a premium for an Elgin upgrade.

What Are The 2018 Chevy's Going To Made Out Of?

The one Ford dealer here had that for a few years but dropped it. I think it makes sense because the other Ford dealers are into trucks but not as much as this one. Plus, they do not just the fleet trucks but even the hydrogen and electric powered trucks/vans/people movers.

    Something’s Gotta Give.....

It's actually true. My sister in law runs a Buick dealer and a few years ago there was a sports sedan they made and it got rave reviews because they offered it in a manual. GM got lots of likes and positive feedback because they would buy a Buick because it was one of the few left with a manual...
