I have emailed two different emails listed above without a response. Today I called the toll free number and got the recorded message that they're too busy for my call. Leave my info and they will call back, really ?

I sent Elio another email with invoice number and date in hopes I'll hear back. Next will be a phone call.

I went "All In" around the end of March. I did get the bumper sticker and Tee shirt, that's about it.
I contacted Elio support last week and still waiting for a response.
After reading the forum here and the kind responses. I pulled the trigger and upgraded to the "all in" 1K club :D
And now the wait for my number...

I watched a T.V. commercial yesterday and wasn't really sure what I had seen, but I remembered the name.
After a couple web of searches I found Elio and was "all the way in" for $100. After some thought I upgraded to the $500 level. Now the wait begins....
