Good information Zelio, it hasn't eliminated the under 18 helmut law yet though. I'm guessing that will be addressed next here in Colorado!
http://www.leg.state.co.us/clics/cl...7A18B887257CAC0059DE2B?Open&file=1367_enr.pdf(55) "Motorcycle" means a motor vehicle that uses handlebars or
any other device connected to the front wheel to steer and that is designed
to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground; except
that the term does not include a farm tractor, AUTOCYCLE, low-speed
electric vehicle, or low-power scooter.
And on further review, it says it became effective July 1, 2014! I'm guessing no one has run across this situation yet? Good to know, but now Elio can update their map, right??
SECTION 7. Effective date - applicability. This act takes effect
July 1, 2014, and applies to vehicles registered or acts committed on or
after January 1, 2015.
Which also explains why my CRS book doesn't say it. LOL
