It would appear that my backup plan has been activated so I will now be going to Birmingham instead of Savannah.

I have a son working for Enterprise and living in Birmingham. He has been in contact with their corporate office about the Elio. There seems to be some interest. He will be there. He's the good looking kid that looks like his father . Ha Ha Ha
I think the Elio would be a great rental car. They are cheap to purchase, should be cheap to maintain, and being very fuel efficient should make it ideal for a cheap rental for running around town. Only issue I see is lack of storage space however most rentals only end up being used by one person anyhow. I myself have traveled a lot over the years for business and the vast majority of time I am the only one in the rental vehicle.
