$38,500 Not in production yet. Looks like it will be made in China with a 100 mile range. I lost interest when I saw it was Chinese.

I agree it looks nice, but expensive and not terribly efficient. Always divide mpge by 3 to get a true equivalent mpg.

It seems Zap is purchasing Jonway.
Zap. Perhaps if they do purchase Jonway, it will be made in China by an American company? Perhaps it will make it more affordable? I think Elio has the right idea and Zap could learn from them, IMO.
