from the drawings (haven't seen one in person) it looks to me like there should be room between the front of the radiator and the nose cowling to put about any type of horn you like ..

Get yourself a semi-truck air horn. That'll wake some people up!
got a set ..
.. the sound you hear when you push the steering on the steering wheel of our Freightliner is a pathetic embarrassment .... pull the cable to activate the air horns and people most certainly take notice ..Jim

Yup. probably be my first option. I already have the horn. Like on Jbars Frieghtliner, I will keep the stock horn and add a "button" on the dash for the air horn. I've done this before.
