I had to drive my mom's lime green with fake wood decals Pinto wagon my sophomore year.....because my Vega had a blown engine [SHOCKER!].

I WISH it was that cool of a color green. Closest I can find to the same obnoxious color is the Ravenna Green that the '70's Porsches had. I'd try to Photoshop it to the pic you posted, but I'm afraid it would be too traumatic for me to view.

The chassis' live on forever in Colorado.
Tip: If you're ever going to restore an older car, make sure it spent it's whole life 'WEST' of Hays, KS.

Incidentally, Ravenna Green is the original color of my '74, that was repainted red before I bought it. I've got the 'original' dealer window sticker for it from the original owner in Kentucky, and it hasn't been modified in any way, other than paint. When it's the '74's turn for a rotisserie restore, she'll get her original color back and I'll just pray that someone absolutely loves that color when I sell her.

Hope she looks just like this one, but with the gas-burner Mahle rims she came with. Love those little aircooled cars.
