but will the Flux Capacitor help obtain the MPG they want?If they offered a Flux Capacitor. I'm sure people would think it was over priced.

Ooo, ouch! Right where it hurts, in the old ego!!It wasn't that sly.... I got it.

Of course! Think of it as the ultimate aftermarket add on. Travel where you want to get what you need. Just look out for temporal anomalies or you could change or ruin our chances of getting the Elio on time next year!but will the Flux Capacitor help obtain the MPG they want?
no, not seriously. was a joke.Seriously?
Here ya go! You used to see a lot of these on VW's. Now they're making a comeback.I would like the option that looks like a bbiigg windup key!
The beauty of aftermarket, you can make almost any car do almost anything you want as long as you have the $$$! I'm looking into a flux capacitor with a Mr Fusion for a powersource... Roads? You don't need roads where we're going.
I like to be even more energy friendly.. I have a small solar panel I stick in the front windshield to charge small devices ( phone/tablet) it also saves the dash by protecting it from the sun. I will however also do the same mod.. for a solar trickle charger. The key, for me, is to wire at least one of the ports to be connected directly to the battery so it has power when the vehicle is off. I rewired one in my Tundra like this, so I can charge a phone either at work or while camping. I think a port with a little on/off switch would be cool as well, but I guess pulling the charger out of the port isn't all that difficult.
EDIT:
When I say directly to the battery, I don't really mean that. It still goes through the fuse panel, but to a fuse that is 'always hot'.
I've seen that on a VW new style "Bug" (Although I have a hard time calling the new ones a "Bug", the engine is just in wrong end to be a true "Bug").I would like the option that looks like a bbiigg windup key!
