If you go to their website and navigate to News -> M & A Activity report; you can see they havn't updated their reports in over 1 year. Also visiting the FAQ page says that a company sale can take between 6-8 months, based on the current income of elio, wonder how long it will take to sell the company with only the $60/day income coming in from ebay sales?

What's this about $60/day from eBay sales?

Clearly, corporate fuel works behind the scenes and has no motivation to update their public face. But I sure hope Paul made a good pick in choosing them.

Also, consider that Paul is motivated to hang onto as much of the company as possible; he is not motivated to sell it off, which means placing paper is going to be ultimately more expensive, since investors have to make a profit on their investment -- and if it's not equity, what is it?

You may be right about them not updating their site but I had my son check them out (He owns a similar type of brokerage company in NY) and he said they are legit.

I can compehend Elio Motors not having funding when they said they did for over a year, but I can't comprehend any chance that the EM Board of Director's would not have thoroughly vetted Corporate Fuel Partners as not only being legit, but the best at what they do, although on second thought, they have done some things over the past few weeks that make little business sense.

As far as I know Elio Motors is not for sale, they hired Corporate Fuel to assist in finding private offering investors. I would imagine a firm like that would hold much of it's business close to its chest and not update their website too frequently.

What does Corporate Fuel have to do with Comau - they are handling the excess equipment sales.
