Seems like the SEC paragraph outlines some very real risks for anyone considering an investment in the IPO. By stating that unforeseen problems could occur, it makes it harder for a shareholder lawsuit saying Elio hid these details. If you don't have the appetite for risk, invest in GM or Ford if you need an auto stock in your portfolio.
