The wife just presented me with an estimate for her dental work, $7,000.00.
So it looks like a choice between buying an Elio or getting her dental work done.
Thinking........thinking........thinking..........which should I choose?

I'm retired, on a fixed income, drawing social security, medicare so 7K is a big, big item.
OK, it's an Elio.

Sorry dear, I'll puree your food so you don't have to chew so much.

Hello Paddy. I use Care Credit for dental work and vision. The way it works is, you get 1 year intrest free to pay it off. Of course, if not paid off, you'll owe all the retro active intrest. $7,000.00 would still be a huge payment. Maybe spread the dental work out over 2-3 years?

You gotta love a man with that kind of courage (and poor judgment). He may be living alone in his Elio but you have to admire his commitment (LOL)

I get one thing done at a time and when it is paid off I get the next thing done. My dentist is very cooperative but I also make sure I get in there with a payment as soon as I get my Social Security deposit each month. :-) Z
