TAKING A PARKING DECK TICKET FROM A MACHINE ?

I HAVE DONE THESE THINGS WITH BOTH MY FREEWAY & MESSERSCHMITT
AS WELL AS GOING THROUGH DRIVE-INS .

IT IS NOT A PROBLEM BUT YOU DO HAVE TO REACH A LITTLE FARTHER
OUT THE WINDOW AND NEED TO BE CAREFUL THAT THE LEFT FENDER
DOES NOT HIT SOMETHING .

I NEVER use the drive thru...................they mess up my orders all the time and who knows what else by the time it gets to you and you drive away !!!

Hey Maxey, There is a thread on this topic, but it was "inconclusive". Many comments like..." I have to go inside when I'm on my bike, so what's the big deal?" I personally don't think drive thru's (fast food) will be an issue as we will be seated only about 1 foot farther away. So, the drive thru worker leans out a bit, and you (the driver) lean left a bit. Drive thru Banking, tho......?

DRIVE-THRUS ARE ACTUALLY FUN IN A MESSERSCHMITT .

YOU PULL UP TO THE WINDOW AND THE ATTENDANT HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN .
FLIP UP THE LID AND THEY OFTEN JUMP BACK LIKE IT's COMING TO GET THEM !

JUST WON'T BE THE SAME WITH THE ELIO .

I must be missing something. Can't you just roll down your window to use the drive thru like in any other car?

Duah! It just hit me. Because the front wheels are so far apart and the body is so narrow you need won't be able to reach the window. I never thought of that, but in my case it's no problem because I don't like using the drive thru any way.... Congrats to the first one who thought of that, good one!!!
