Elio just pulled the S-1 Registration. That means no Nasdaq listing. Looks like everything is bet on ElioCoin

As of a few seconds ago, Elio Motors was apparently still accepting reservations, or spots in line, or whatever concept one cares to call it. Likely Elio Motors has no legal duty to disclose anything if people want to send them money, however, in the interest of full disclosure one might hope that Elio Motors would put such a profound and material fact in the public eye, starting with their own website. Woe to the last ‘reservationists,’ the last 10 ‘reservationists, even the last 100 ‘reservationists,’ until this new development gets put out ‘by word of mouth’.

Where are Hari and Paul? Amazing!!

Yup, agreed. Never really understood the Nasdaq filing since little OTC interest, Notwithstanding given that Institutional investors generally stay away from OTC. Even since the S-1, Elio went down a notch in OTC quality. Nasdaq seemed to be dead on arrival.

I'm hopeful on ElioCoin. I have to be. Current shareholders were just diluted by 1.5+ million shares to Overstock, Lichter and Way. Thanks Elio Team!

Good point. Where's Paul? Shouldn't he be quoted about something? All we hear about is the Overstock guy (Pat Byrne) but nothing from Paul. He should be quoted somewhere with something like, "We are pleased to be working with Pat Byrne on this new endeavor and are looking forward to great things down the road."

Right now it seems more like David Bryne:
