I've dealt with scammers before who capture images and try to sell them without having the product. In fact, a coin I purchased (a rare variety (19 known) of Large Cent which is uniquely identifiable Two holes and unique wear) and had in my possession was once marketed on eBay until I notified eBay of the scam.

ps eBay to it's credit immediately shut down the scammer.
