I sometimes wonder what happened to the BEX. Maybe Mark had a falling out with the Commies and they shut him down. Or, and this is worse, he did something they really didn't like and he's setting in a jail cell somewhere living on fish heads and rice. It's kind of hard to feel too sorry for him. He left his homeland where he had human rights and moved to a dictatorship where he was just a number... and not a very important number at that. Kind of makes me think of the relatives of missionaries who go to Africa to preach to some native tribe, and then the relatives are surprised when the missionaries are eaten by their congregation.

If built, the BEX Mongrel would be considered a motorcycle. CFMoto is a Chinese company selling (street legal) motorcycles & side by sides in the United States.

If the Chinese government is OK with CFMoto doing business here, I don't see why they would have a problem with Mark selling a similar vehicle.

I doubt the problem would be with the vehicle but more likely with the "attitude" of the person selling it.
