Does anyone know if Elio will let us pick up our cars at the factory? I would like to do just that if they let me.

From what I recall, test drives will also be available, and there will still be a delivery fee!, with a store across the street-(yea it's been gone over multiple times).Does anyone know if Elio will let us pick up our cars at the factory? I would like to do just that if they let me.

Awhile back Jerome had mentioned they were going to try and hook up with a casino, if you prove you flew in, they would comp a few days (figuring we would drink/gamble), and then drive home- I fantasize the Casino parking lot!!
Once they get Michigan declared unconstitutional, getting the other states in line will be a lot easier.Go Tesla! The article should also have mentioned Ohio, though. Tesla managed to open three dealerships in Ohio before the morons in Columbus passed a law against direct sales of *all* motor vehicles, including motorcycles. Tesla managed to get their three stores grandfathered into the law. They can keep their three company stores, but cannot open any more, and no one else can open any, either. So, yeah... .Go Tesla! Fight these stupid anti-competitive, protectionist laws.
I do not think we should be charged a delivery fee if we pick our cars up at the factory but I will do just that if it saves time. I like the idea of driving her back to North Carolina and showing her off all the way back homeYes, that's true. But with three Tesla stores already operating in Ohio, Tesla has less incentive to go after Ohio laws before tackling other states where they can't yet sell direct.
I'm still wondering how I'm going to get my Elio.
