Flooding In Shreveport

Does anyone know (or have a way to find out) if the recent flooding in Shreveport, LA has affected the factory Elio plans to set up in?

You can google on "Shreveport flooding", there's some good information there.

When I did, it looks like at this time that the plant area is ok, but I'm not exactly sure where the plant is in Shreveport vs. the map showing the flooded areas.

It has already been changed to "7600 Antoine Boulevard".

7600 Antoine and 7600 General Motors Blvd show 2 distinct different locations. General Motors Blvd is west of Antoine.
Of course it's possible that the maps haven't been updated.

Anyone know what city it's in? (Is it Shreveport proper of an area near it?)
Here's a 6hr old list of effected areas

• Some locations that will experience flooding include: Shreveport, Bossier City, Minden, Mansfield. Haughton, Greenwood, Blanchard, Coushatta. Stonewall. Logansport, Sibley, Cullen, Cotton Valley, Oil City. Sarepta and Doyline. Water runoff from the previous heavy rain continued moving down through the creeks, streams, lakes and bayous resulting in flooding.

Looking at the current flood plain; the plant is out of the flooding area.
It's to the west of the airport, little south of I20
