We can form a Dragon's Tail Car Club. The goal of each member would be, using only, braking, cornering, acceleration and with out going over the posted 30mph speed limit, get the fastest time from start to finish on an up and back run.

I understood every word and dig what you had to say and look forward to hearing more. Never looked at the Elio as a performance machine, I mean really, 55 HP and front wheel drive just don't equate performance to this old timer, but we'll see. Again looking forward to the experience and hearing more.

But aren't we each, in our own way, expecting a certain level of performance from our Elios? I know I have expectations and they match the 4 goals. I won't have to go to a track to check them out but that doesn't make my experience any less viable in my opinion. Since the Elio I drive is mine, my opinion will be the one that counts to me. And I won't have to pay to use a track to prove them. LOL :-) Z

I anticipate the Elio will handle better than the typical reverse trike and as good or better than a compact car........and so much more fun to drive while sitting dead center in Elio's narrow cabin, tooling down the highway while listening to the smooth vocal sounds of Billy Holiday and Blues Legend BB King!

The post was in connection with the post talking about pulling 1G on the skid pad stock and 2Gs on the high performance model.

Maybe I should of said: 1G and Elio 2G HP (High Performance)
