i wish I could remember; I think somewhere there was a comparison of the elio with the Prius, and the Elio won hands-down on drag coefficient and power-to-weight ratio both. Which I guess adds up to the difference between 84 mpg and 50 (actually less, if my wife's prius was anything to go by).

Pretty sure the 'complete' Elio, including suspension and wheel fairings is in some software program at EM (and of course Arilea's computer ;)). Any CAD software worth it's salt will have, or be able to download the file to, a CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) program and give a PDA (Pretty D*mn Close) prediction of the coefficient of drag of the actual vehicle. I love to take a look at the simulations myself. :) Has to whoop anything else on the road.

Anyone have any figures on how aerodymic the Elio is? How does it compare to the Prius?

Here is an example of a VERY aerodynamic automobile: http://www.wired.com/2014/09/german-aerodynamic/
Obviously Elio is long an narrow, so it's going to be pretty aerodynamic - put wings and tail on it and I swear it's practically a Piper. Elio has referenced the fact that they utilize the Kammback body design when asked such questions http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kammback
