How Many Cars Have You Owned?

Curious because it seems that a lot of the people here have owned a lot of vehicles.
Since I got my license in 98, I have owned a 68 Beetle, an 87 Toyota Corola hatchback, 91 Toyota Camry, a 95 Geo Prizm, and most recently a 96 Chrysler Cirrus.

Been driving 45 years I have long lost count of cars and motorcycles . For many years wife got a new one every two years I took hers and someone got a deal.Then the children got the one passed down now the passed down goes to a grand child.
I bet my wife could rattle everyone off.

bought my first vehicle in '65 (a new Jeep CJ5) .... just thinking back I can recall having owned 29 others since then .... have 5 parked in the driveway right now

I've probably owned well over 100 since my first in 1965. Down to 4 cars and 10 motorcycles now. I sometimes buy old derelicts to save from the salvage yard fix up and sell. Sometimes I make a few bucks but usually just break even. Always fun though.

Interesting question, I counted 18 vehicles in 41 years covering 50 years of automotive history. Starting with a 1958 Dodge Coronet, ending with a 2008 Nissan Frontier. I've owned 1 Dodge, 4 Fords, 3 Chevy's, 1 Fiat, 1 Buick, 3 Nissan's, 2 Toyota's, 1 Mazda and 2 Saturn's. The next two will be 2016 Elio Model "Z". Unless of course the 11yo Cavalier dies, before we get our Elios.

Hmmm...'63 Chevy II, 3 - Vegas, 2 - VW Bugs, 4 - Jeep Cherokees, 2 - Ford Rangers, a Fiat Reliant (big POS), 2 - Subarus (DX wagon and an SVX), F-250 4x4 Diesel, and 3 - Porsche 914s. Still have the F250, a Jeep Cherokee, a SVX (daily driver), and all three of the 914s.

That's my dear. My Elio is not going to be an "and" car. Not counting what my wife drives, I've never had more than one vehicle at a time. If my Chrysler did before the Elio comes out, I'll have to buy something and then I went have money for an Elio.
